All products are made only after the order is confirmed and as per the client’s approved design and details.
The usual production time is 2 to 3 weeks from the date the order and advance payment are received, unless otherwise mentioned in writing.
The production time may change based on design complexity, customization, material availability, or order size.
If there is any major delay, the company will inform the client in advance.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted domestic and international courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other approved carriers.
Clients can also choose to use their own logistics provider, but this must be confirmed in writing before dispatching.
All shipments are usually sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — meaning customs duties, import taxes, and local charges will be paid by the client.
3. Risk and Ownership
Once the order is dispatched from the company’s premises, the ownership and risk of the goods are transferred to the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The company will not be responsible for any delay, loss, or damage after the goods have been handed over to the courier.
If the client wants insurance coverage, it can be arranged at the client’s cost and request before dispatching.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are decided based on the weight, size, destination, and courier rates.
Unless clearly mentioned in the invoice, shipping charges will be paid by the client.
Any extra expenses caused by wrong delivery details, re-delivery, or customs issues will also be the client’s responsibility.
5. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, the client is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges in their country.
The company will provide all necessary export documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required papers.
The company will not be responsible for any customs delays, holds, or seizures caused by non-compliance or issues on the client’s side.
6. Delivery Timelines
The estimated delivery time will be shared when the order is confirmed.
Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, weather conditions, or other unexpected issues.
The company will not be responsible for any delays that are beyond its control.
7. Inspection and Acceptance
The client must check all products immediately after receiving them and inform the company in writing within 24 hours if there are any damages, defects, or differences from the order.
If the company does not receive any complaints within this period, the goods will be considered accepted by the client.
8. Force Majeure
The company will not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond its control — such as natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, government actions, or other unforeseen events (acts of God).
9. Amendments
The company may change or update this policy at any time.
If there are any important changes, the company will inform the clients accordingly.
