Pricing Policy

1. General Pricing Principles

1.1 All jewelry is made-to-order according to the client’s approved design and requirements.

1.2 The price of each product depends on several factors, including:

• The metal type and purity (such as gold, silver, platinum, or titanium).
• The type, quality, and carat weight of gemstones (natural or lab-grown).
• The design complexity and how exclusive or detailed it is.
• The manufacturing techniques and finishing work involved.
• The order quantity and any long-term contract agreements.
• The current market prices of raw materials, which may change over time.

2. Price Quotations

2.1 All price quotations issued by the company are valid for 24 hours from the date they are given, unless stated otherwise.

2.2 A quotation becomes final and confirmed only after the company receives an official purchase order and the required advance payment.

2.3 If there are any changes in the design, material, or order quantity after the quotation, the price will be revised accordingly.

2.4 Prices offered by Design Creation to its retail partners include:

• Daily metal prices based on current market rates for gold, silver, platinum, titanium, and other metals.
• Monthly gemstone prices reflecting the latest market value of natural and lab-grown stones.
• Value addition costs covering design complexity, exclusivity, manufacturing process, and finishes.
• Labor charges for craftsmanship and production.

2.5 This combined amount forms the base price payable by the retailer to Design Creation.

3. Retailer Pricing and Margins

• Retailers have full control over their own profit margins.
• They can set or change their selling prices to end customers through their admin panel or internal pricing system.
• The final price paid by the end customer will be the retailer’s selling price, which includes the retailer’s margin added on top of the price charged by Design Creation.

4. Pricing Structure

4.1 Base Price Components

The amount payable by retail partners (“Retailers”) to Design Creation, through its white-label division Jeweller’s Gallery (“Company”), includes the following:

• Metals – Prices for metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and titanium are updated daily based on current market rates.
• Gemstones – Prices for both natural and lab-grown gemstones are updated monthly according to market value.
• Value Addition – Charges for design complexity, uniqueness, special manufacturing techniques, finishes, and surface treatments.
• Labor and Craftsmanship – Charges for skilled work, artisanal detailing, production, and finishing.
• Comprehensive Price – The total of all the above components forms the Base Price that each retailer pays to the company for every order placed.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Advance Payment

• The Retailer shall pay the gold amount at the time of placing the order and confirming the order.

5.2 Balance Payment

• The remaining balance amount must be paid as per the invoice, prior to dispatch or delivery.

5.3 Accepted Payment Methods

• Payments can be made through any of the approved methods provided by the company, such as credit card, UPI, or online banking.

5.4 Condition Before Delivery

• No order will be shipped or delivered until the full payment has been received by the company.

6. Price Adjustments

6.1 Since the prices of precious metals and gemstones can change frequently, the company may revise the quoted price before the order is finally confirmed if there are major market fluctuations.

6.2 For long-term supply agreements, prices will be reviewed from time to time based on changes in raw material costs and other relevant factors.

7. Confidentiality of Pricing

7.1 All quotations, price lists, and cost details shared with clients are confidential and belong solely to the company.

7.2 Clients must not share, copy, or forward this information to anyone else without the company’s written permission.

7.3 If this rule is broken, the company has the right to suspend services and take legal action if necessary.

8. Discounts and Special Pricing

8.1 Any discounts, offers, or special prices are given only at the company’s discretion and must be confirmed in writing.

8.2 These special prices apply only to that specific order and do not guarantee the same terms for future orders.

9. No Public Disclosure of Prices

9.1 The company does not publicly share or display product prices, as each order is custom-made and confidential.

9.2 Clients must not share, misuse, or misrepresent the company’s pricing information or present it as retail pricing to customers.

10. Amendments

10.1 The company may change or update this policy at any time.

10.2 If there are important updates, the company will inform the clients, and by continuing to work with the company, the client is considered to have accepted those changes.

11. Governing Law

• This policy follows the laws of India.
• If any dispute arises, it will be handled only in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
