Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Orders

  • All our jewelry is made specially for each client based on their unique requirements.
  • Because every piece is custom-made, orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Order Cancellations

2.1 Before Production

  • If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours of confirmation and before production starts, the company may allow it at its discretion.
  • In such cases, only a partial refund will be given after deducting design, processing, and administrative costs.

2.2 After Production Has Started

  • Once we begin production — including material purchase, design (CAD) work, or manufacturing — cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.

3. Modifications to Orders

  • If you want to make any changes to your order — such as design, materials, or quantity — after it’s confirmed, it will be treated as a new order.
  • This may lead to revised pricing, longer delivery time, and extra charges.

Once production has started, the company is not required to make any changes to the order.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 All payments made are non-refundable, except in the specific cases mentioned below:

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • Cancellation approved under Clause 2.1 (before production begins).
  • A confirmed error or issue caused by the company, and a replacement cannot be provided.

4.2 If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days through the original payment method, after deducting any applicable charges.

5. Returns and Replacements

5.1 Since every product is custom-made, returns are not accepted.

5.2 A replacement may be offered only if:

  • The product received is different from the approved design or specifications mentioned in the purchase order and invoice
  • The client informs the company in writing within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos and supporting documents.

5.3 In such cases, the company may choose to repair, rework, or replace the item — this decision will be made at the company’s discretion.

6. Force Majeure & Shipping Risks

  • The company will not be responsible for any delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond its control — such as natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or customs issues.
  • Once the order is dispatched, the risk and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the client, as outlined in the Shipping Policy.

7. Governing Law

  • This policy follows the laws of India.
  • If any dispute arises, it will be handled only in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
